IPO bound tech giant Byjus has suspended the advertisement for Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan. Byjus made the unexpected decision after a magistrate’s court on Friday again rejected the bail application filed by Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan in the Mumbai drugs bust case.
It is learned that the court has ordered that Aryan, who has so far been facing trial in the NCB office, be kept in the quarantine cell at Arthur Road Jail.
The edutech business Byjus advertisements their online learning platform through various ad campaigns and Shah Rukh Khan is the face of their brand. We have seen him leading so many ads of Byjus but Aryan Khan‘s drug bust case has taken a dive in his father’s career.
Shah Rukh was reportedly flying for Italy during the time Aryan Khan was arrested and it’s been days since he is kept under investigation the plea for bail has already been rejected twice and there is no hope for Aryan Khan’s release soon.
People thought that king Khan will get his son out of the jail-like waving hair out of butter but it is not a movie and he is not a hero here. Dealing with the court, NCB has been tougher than it seemed and with Aryan Khan in jail, Shah Rukh Khan’s endorsements are going out of pocket.
Bollywood is protesting against the NCB act and is standing beside Shah Rukh.
