The movie might have changed some things but in real life when the late paranormal researcher’s Ed and Lorraine Warren began their research in the family they found out the place was haunted by a witch named Bathsheba Sherman, who died in the area in the 1800s and the exorcism that happens in the movie doesn’t happen in the basement but in the living room. Unlike the movie, in real life, Mr. Perron asked Ed and Lorraine to leave unable to see the state of his wife.

And it is said that the house is being sold for a whopping sum of $ 1.2 million i.e., Rs 8,89,48,380 crore in Indian currency.
The house was built in 1826 in the Burrillville area of the United States. The farmhouse covers an area of eight acres and covers an area of just 3,000 square feet. The house has a total of three bedrooms and 1 1/2 bathrooms. In total this house has a total of 14 rooms.
