Achieve self-sufficiency in oilseed production within 25 years. Jammu and Kashmir is moving towards development. New avenues were opened for the development of Ladakh. Economic power needs to be further strengthened with the digital revolution. The agricultural sector needs new reforms. The magnitude of earthquakes is decreasing with the increasing population. About 80 percent of the farmers in the country own less than five acres of land. There should be schemes to make small, lean farmers proud of the country. The farmer should be facilitated to get a good price for the crop. A new generation of wealth creators has begun in the country. Innovative entrepreneurs are growing with innovations, ”said Prime Minister Modi.
