The whole world has seen Pakistan’s chameleon game during the Afghanistan crisis. While pretending to show pity for the people of Afghanistan Pakistan is standing beside the Taliban helping them in killing anyone who revolts against them and is silently shifting all the terrorists in its country towards Afghanistan to provide them a safe haven.
When all hopes faded Afghanistan had something to look forward to the Panjshir’s resistance. A group formed by Ahmed Massoud’s rebel group posed a very big threat to the Taliban.
Besides Panjshir has been the only place that had never been occupied by Afghanistan. With the help of former Vice President Amrullah Saleh and Massoud, Panjshir fought back against the Taliban killing hundreds of terrorists but it all came down when Pakistan intervened and helped the Taliban in capturing Panjshir.
Pakistan army used drones to strike on Panjshir and help the Taliban to capture the place while the groups’ leader Ahmed Massoud and ex-V. P Saleh fled the place before being butchered.

Today Panjshir stands as nothing but a fallen ghost town all because of Pakistan’s help in capturing it and turning it into another Taliban hub.
While Pakistan’s government and the military are trying hard to show the world it’s on the good side the world is ten steps forward looking at Pak’s footsteps. Not only India but Muslims in countries like the U.S and the U.K are signing petitions to stop funding Pakistan.
Now, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that he wants Afghanistan to have a coalition government with the participation of all communities. He said talks were underway with the Taliban for this. They want to give a share in the government to the Tajiks, Hazaras, and Uzbeks. To this, he tweeted on Saturday. However, he did not disclose the details of the talks.
Imran said it was important for the Taliban to take steps to respect the rights of the people. He said the Afghan Gaddafi had once again become a haven for terrorists. Imran Khan made the announcement the day after the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states called on Pakistan to take the initiative to ensure that all communities are represented in the new government in Afghanistan. Of the 33 Taliban cabinet ministers, Tajiks and women are under-represented.
While speaking to a Russian Media Outlet he said, “The Afghan people consider the war against external forces as jihad and the Taliban have learned a lot in 20 years.”
When asked about Pakistans’ help in capturing Afghanistan and against the U.S he commented if Pakistan helped the Taliban do that then we are more powerful than the U.S.
Earlier he had said he had been hurt by the U.S Senate blaming Pakistan for helping the Taliban and accused Biden and his government stating “they expect us to clean up the mess.” Stating Pakistan would pay a huge price if it stands with the United States in fighting the Taliban because the U.S used them like a hired guns and left them in hasty devastating lives.
in an interview with CNN Imran Khan said “We were supposed to make them (the US) win the war in Afghanistan, which we never could,”
But now he went on defending Joe Biden stating he was heavily criticized for his move “There was so much unfair criticism of President Biden, and what he did was the most sensible thing to do,”
He made a U-turn on his statement accusing the U.S of letting Pakistan “clean their mess”.
Despite all his confusing statements of accusing the U.S, supporting the Taliban he expressed his concerns for the Afghans stating the war-ravaged country needs a lot of help from external sources.
Regardless of the evidence produced at the international communities of how Pakistan was harboring terrorists in Afghanistan and is helping the Taliban. Imran Khan denied all the allegations stating they were futile.
