Power Cut Outages China; Threatening Economy

China is trying to be the big brother of the world so it is ready to go to any heights to grab that position from America. It has been extensively investing in various countries in the name of development but most governments really speculate that it is a hoax in name of development and loans China is trying to push the developing and underdeveloped countries into debt so they can emerge as their saviors and concur everything.

China is interested in every country affair when it itself is secretive. Despite the ravaging coronavirus in Wuhan in 2019, China did not show the real numbers to the WHO or to the world. The media focused on how people were dying on the streets and how some homes were sealed from the outside preventing the infected people from coming out if we think the virus has been reckless here it is no different there but China masked it all away. Even when the whole world was pointing at the Wuhan virology lab for the covid-19 outbreak, it once again turned the stones and concealed the truth about the virus. Maybe we will never find out where the virus came from and how it escaped unless China decides to come clean.

While the dragon country is showing off to the outside world its wealth and power by investing in every country, including helping the Taliban form a government but what is really happening in China.

China is in a deep crisis at the moment. There have been power outages, no fuel, and people are forced to live in darkness.

Shopkeepers are using generators; people are using flashlights to have dinner and drivers are struggling on road with no traffic signals. Power cuts are being instigated in most cities.

While some economists are analyzing that power cuts have been implemented to meet the targets of reducing energy consumption, the news is that power companies have been handcuffed to meet demand as coal prices have skyrocketed in recent times. Orders have been issued to stop production in some factories in China. Concerns have been raised that the result could affect exports of smartphones and other electronic products.

China’s electricity consumption has doubled recently. This has led to high levels of carbon emissions and increasing air pollution. The United Nations Environment Conference will be held in Kunming, China on October 12–13. Being a host country and consuming this level of energy has drawn international criticism.

This is increasing pressure on President Xi Jinping to reduce conventional energy consumption. It seems that huge power cuts have been imposed to reach those targets.

Pollution has increased as China has the highest fuel consumption in nearly 20 regions and products have taken off heavily.

The factories around Shenyang have been instructed to stop work for a week and the hotels have been notified of the time of the power cut. While the other governments are anticipating that it is trying to achieve decarbonization some think that China is unable to bear the expenses of importing fuel and coal.

Australia is Chinas biggest coal supplier but after the US-Australia pact business with the kangaroo, the country is a faraway thought.

 And China is struggling to meet its Christmas exports have production is stopped due to frequent power cuts and the companies are facing the heat of it as they are hustling day and night to meet the deadline with the rising cost of production but yet to meet the demands.

This might not only look like china’s crisis, but also the world will be in a bit of trouble if China doesn’t meet its supply-demand there would be a lot of trouble in restocking the shelves in stores all around the world.
