Planets without Sun will Amaze you…

Recently, Astronomers have found at least 100 Free-floating heavenly objects or Exoplanets in a nearby star-forming region. Speaking in astronomical terms, planets revolving around their parent stars are considered as normal.

New discoveries are making their way along with the new year. Astronomers worldwide were amazed to find that there are more than 100 massive planets have been discovered in the Milky Way Galaxy which is currently orbiting freely around many evolving stars.

All of these 100 massive planets are larger in size than Jupiter. Scientists have already estimated that there could be millions of more such planets like these that are yet to be discovered.

What’s more interesting about these discoveries is that the currently found numbers of such free orbiting planets is more than double the number of such free-floating planets discovered so far. One explanation for such a discovery is that similar planets will form during stellar productions.

There are numerous differing estimates on the production of such free-floating planets that are about nearly 13 times heavier than Jupiter. One explanation for such formations is given that due to the loss of gravitational force between galaxies such free-floating bodies are formed.

Another explanation is that these free-floating bodies might have unexpectedly come out of orbit from their parent star while rotating around them. This amazing study and findings were published in the very famous and factual journal Nature Astronomy.

These free-floating bodies are majorly found near the constellation Scorpio. Núria Miret-Roig, a researcher, strongly believes that there is an urgent need to explore the exact reasons as to why these exoplanets orbit freely between different stars and galaxy systems.

With the recent launch of the James Webb Telescope, It is hoped that more details and information about these free-floating planets will be made available and revealed by the James Webb Telescope.
