It has been a year since the death of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. A death that shook everybody to the core.
On 14 June last year, the actor was discovered dead in Mumbai, at his Bandra residence. Today on his death anniversary fans gather outside his residence to honor the great actor.
Sushant was a talented actor, a kind and humble person whose time with us was very short. Sushant’s death gave the rose to the topic of nepotism. Many people were accused, alleged for his death. Despite the controversy the trial and the CBI investigation into Sushant’s death case is ongoing.
Sushant Singh Rajput’s departure shocked the film world at once. The Hindi film industry not only lost a good actor but an innocent and humble man. Fans could not bear the news that of Rajput’s sudden departure.

34-year-old Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging from a fan at his home in Bandra on June 14, 2020. The debate started when the Mumbai police claimed it was a suicide.
Photos of Sushant’s body surfaced on the internet gave birth to many speculations, most believe Sushant committed suicide due to his long-term battle with depression. But family, friends, and fans had to say otherwise.
The discussion ran wild as some of the celebrities in the film industry also agreed with the same argument. Nepotism became the highlight of Sushant’s death.
The case took an interesting turn when Sushant’s family lodged a complaint about Sushant’s suspicious death.
The case divided the Maharashtra government and the Bihar Government, Sushant’s hometown. Hence, the central government had to intervene; describing it as a high-profile case, the case was handed over to the CBI on August 19 by the Supreme Court.
The late actors’ father K.K. Singh filed FIR against Actress Riya Chakraborty, Sushant’s then-girlfriend, and her family for various reasons including suicide push and sifting Rs 15 crore from, among other things, the late actor’s account.
Once the FIR was registered by the CBI, the ED launched a case for the money-laundering corner against Rhea. After scrutinizing the WhatsApp exchanges, the NCB also discovered that the actress was receiving drugs and this could have been given to Sushant.
Fans were outraged that she had joined hands with the Bollywood mafia to kill Sushant. However, there was no direct proof that Rhea Chakraborty was responsible for Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.
Autopsy and advanced software were used to detect any foul play in the actor’s death but it all showed negative signs claiming it was Suicide, not murder. The case was carefully analyzed from various angles but it all showed told the story of nothing but Suicide.
On the other hand, in terms of financial transactions, the NCB has questioned as many people as possible, there were numerous transactions from Sushant’s account to some firms that were related to Rhea and her brother.
The narcotics case was also in a full swing after finding Rhea’s WhatsApp exchanges, from Sushant’s family members, friends to many Bollywood celebrities were questioned regarding the drug mafia.
This gave rise to many drug bursts in the country from the North to the South hundreds of people were caught and a thousand kgs of drugs have been seized.
However, it’s been a year since we with no improvement in the case while the family, friends, and fans are still chanting #justiceforsushantsinghrajput.
Many Bollywood celebrities paid tribute to the “curious” “inspirational” ” late actor. Many described how his death has left a “void” “personal loss” “numbness” in them.
