Following Google, many companies including domestic and international alike are implementing a No Pay for Unvaccinated employees Policy. In a prompt response to the ongoing Omicron rampage and the associated rise in the number of cases, many global tech giants are forced to stick to the current demand for work from home models.
As per sources, Google in a more strong and sensational decision has decided to send home employees who have not yet been vaccinated or not been recently vaccinated.
Following this trend, many private companies have decided to follow the same path of covid prevention measures. With such tougher decisions from the top management of IT companies many IT employees have been alerted.
Vaccinate immediately, submit the vaccination certificate immediately to the companies is the new order from the private sector employers to their employees to curb the ongoing covid pandemic spread.

Intel, a leading maker of semiconductors, has recently issued directives to their employees stating a warning to submit vaccination certificate/ details by January 4 failure of which can potentially lead to employees being sent on unpaid leave.
Employees that are unvaccinated are required to submit proper certifications for exemptions from the new vaccination rules and compliances.
Intel in its recently published memo said that only certain medical and religious reasons would be considered exceptions and other reasons would strictly not be accepted or entertained.
As far as Intel is concerned March 15, 2022, is the deadline that is set for vaccine compliance.
Intel HR head Christy Pombianchi said that if the new vaccination rules are violated, and if the vaccination certificate is not submitted before the due date, they will consider removal. Following such a hard policy another 100 global big tech companies like Google, Microsoft, etc. are likely ready to announce similar vaccination policy decisions very soon.
